Anita was born in Muldrow, OK on January 21, 1945 to David E. and Juanita Bliss. After the war ended the Bliss family moved to Yakima where Anita remained for the rest of her life. She passed away on January 11, 2019. She graduated from Davis High School in 1963 and married Dale Hargraves of Yakima. She was an avid gardener and is remembered for her love of the outdoors. In addition to reading, writing poetry and arts and crafts, her world revolved around her family and friends. Anita is survived by her son Keith Hargraves of Yakima, her daughter Reva Lowery of Las Vegas, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Joyce of Naches and her brother David of Scappoose, Oregon.
