Robert Andrew Counts, age 50, of Selah, Wash., was born on May 16th, 1968 in Seattle, Wash. He died on Nov. 1st, 2018 after a courageous 8 month battle with cancer. Robert worked many years for Tri-Ply Construction. He dearly loved his job and the company itself. The crew and the owners were like a second family to Robert and took special care to meet his needs throughout his battle. Robert loved family most of all. On May 6th, 1994, he married the love of his life, Kathy Bechard. Together they had one son, Jaydon Andrew in 2006.
He loved fishing and working out and was an avid gun collector. Robert loved his fur babies and is now playing with his buddy Taz.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Kathy, and son Jaydon, his mother Sally Calhoun, brothers and sisters Joe, Tess, Mike, Anita, Kathy, Christina, his twin brother Richard, and a special niece, Chandy.
Robert was preceded in death by his father Richard Counts Sr., his brothers Steve and Greg, and his step father Jim Calhoun.
At his request, no funeral services will be held.
